Those concepts included the importance of sticking to one marketing channel and one real estate investing exit strategy until you have it mastered. He also talked about how to gain and maintain momentum in your marketing.

Another marketing topic covered was tracking and knowing your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), so that you know which lists perform well and which do not, how often to use a marketing channel to maximize your returns, and much more.

Don also explained that 80% of his deals come from consistent follow-up and the need for a good Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to be able to schedule, manage, and track that follow-up.
