Dear Reader,
Just two weeks ago, I sent out a very special report on Costa Rica. And you know from the pages of glossy travel, celebrity and nature magazines that Costa Rica is a special little country of rich green forest exploding with monkeys and dazzlingly-colorful birds. The forest canopy meets the waters of the Caribbean or Pacific at sandy beaches or drops straight down to rocky coves.
It will take your breath away.
Celebrities and supermodels are seduced by Costa Rica’s beauty. And, they pay phone number prices for their private retreats here. But our Costa Rica here at Pathfinder is an even nicer Costa Rica. The undiscovered Costa Rica.
You see….almost every other month either myself or Margaret arrives in San Jose’s Juan Santamaria international airport. With laser focus we home in on one stretch of coast, one valley or one peninsula. Our beat is to find places of outstanding natural beauty with deeply undervalued real estate prices.
We have spent years doing this. So, when I sent you this report highlighting our finds two weeks ago I thought it was complete. That we had uncovered all the big finds. Not so…
Each time we stood outside San Jose’s airport, with our maps in hand, a new find was almost on our doorstep.
A new road has opened the door to a hill side of little villages and forests perched above sandy beaches and calm rippling waters yet within 90 minutes of San Jose airport.
Who would have thought!
On Saturday and Sunday Margaret will send her full reports. I know that she will give you the full picture but before she does let me give you the bottom line:
- This is a newly accessible area to San Jose. The new road cut the drive time here in half, to one hour.
- You can buy here from $50,000 and pay over two years, interest-free.
- As a reader of these alerts you are invited to visit. Get yourself to San Jose and the developer will pick up the tab.
We love your feedback and welcome your comments.
