Nathan Payne moved to Salt Lake City, UT for college and discovered a passion for entrepreneurship and sales. Nathan’s college job was as a door-to-door salesman where he quickly became one of the top sales reps for the company and began managing sales teams. One day Nathan caught the real estate bug and jumped right in. With no experience, he started with wholesaling and just focused on taking action and failing forward.
These days Nathan is an owner of Offer On Homes (his investing company) and Investor Thrive (education and coaching company). The Payneless Wholesaling Club & Mentorship are determined to help wholesalers and real estate investors close more deals the painless way!
