How to Find Deals: No need to spend money, because you don't get paid on time spent, just at closing

* Wholesalers – find deals for your rehabbers

In conclusion, being a real estate bird dog is a great way to learn the how to invest in real estate. You can even do it part-time. There is almost no risk and low overhead. Its very important to build strong relationships and reputation with your real estate investors so they are encouraged to use your services again.
