- Home Care Package – Give new furniture or TV when they close – They don't want it – storage or return it
***Remember, focus your marketing around the “catch”.
The key here is to be creative in your marketing. Many investors including myself have done some pretty bland marketing, sending out templated flyers, or paying for a news paper ad, pretty much relying on traditional marketing tactics. Guess what, that's what EVERYONE else is doing, and I rather be a part of the select few getting the much bigger piece of the pie vs. the crumbs left behind.
